Corvane Ashmoor & Co. Research, vetting and coordination.

It starts with research: ownership, open permits, code cases and liens, explained in plain language.

When the work needs a license, we vet the pros: license, insurance and complaint history. Then we compare quotes.

You hire the professional directly. We schedule the work and stay your point of contact.

Every visit is documented with photos and a report, wherever you live.

For vacant lots and empty homes, we handle clearing, mowing and scheduled checks.

We're not a contractor, broker or property manager. Licensed work goes to licensed pros you hire.

From the notice on the door to the problem solved, we follow it through. Start an inquiry at corvaneashmoor.com.

What we hear

There's a notice on the door and I don't know what it means.

Code violations, liens and open permits are hard to read and easy to ignore until they grow.

I don't know who to trust.

Finding a licensed, insured professional with a clean record takes research most owners never have time for.

I live out of state.

Nobody is there to check the property, meet the vendor or confirm the work was done.

The lot just sits there.

Overgrowth, dumping and fines build up on land that nobody is watching.

Common questions

Asked by property owners and investors.

All questions →

Can you manage my rental?

No. Managing rentals for pay in Florida requires a real estate license. We research issues, coordinate vetted licensed professionals and handle upkeep.

How do you choose a contractor?

We verify the state license and any county certificate, review insurance and history, and compare written quotes. You contract with the professional directly.

Can you check on my property while I'm away?

Yes. We perform scheduled vacant property checks and send a written report with photos after each visit.

Can you clear my lot?

Yes. Lot clearing, mowing and debris removal are within our property services; anything that requires a license goes to a licensed professional.

Can you find out why I got a code notice?

Yes. We pull the code case and explain in plain language what it says and what is typically needed to close it.
