About operations and back office.
Do you replace my bookkeeper or CPA?
No. We run the day-to-day systems and keep records organized; your CPA keeps the tax and accounting decisions.
Which software do you use?
Yours, if you have it. If you have none, we set up simple tools that you own.
Can I cancel the retainer?
Yes, with the notice period written in your agreement.
Deliverables, in writing.
Every engagement lists its deliverables in the written scope. These are typical for this capability.
- Invoices issued and logged, with backup attached
- A weekly receivables report with follow-up notes
- A deadline and renewal calendar
- Organized records ready for your CPA

A set monthly scope of back-office work, adjustable with notice.
