Follow-up sequences that do not annoy

Most deals close after several follow-ups, and most people stop after one. A spaced schedule keeps you in touch without pestering.

Prospects get busy. A polite, planned follow-up is often welcome.

Space them out

  • Day 2: a short thank-you with what you promised.
  • Day 5: one useful idea or answer.
  • Day 10: a simple check-in.
  • Day 20: a last note that leaves the door open.

Stop when asked

If someone says no or asks you to stop, stop and note it.

Our follow-up planner sets the dates and drafts each message.
