Once a rate confirmation is signed, it is the deal. Check it against what was agreed on the phone.

Before you confirm

  • The broker's MC, name and phone match FMCSA records.
  • The rate and any accessorials match what was agreed.
  • Pickup and delivery addresses, dates and appointment times.
  • Pickup and reference numbers.
  • Commodity, weight and equipment.
  • Detention, layover and TONU terms.
  • Payment terms and quick pay fee.
  • Fines or chargebacks in the fine print.
