Birthdays and a yearly gift budget

Birthdays never change dates, but they still sneak up. One list with a budget for each person turns last-minute spending into a plan.

Family, friends, clients and drivers all have birthdays. Forgotten ones cost goodwill; last-minute gifts cost more money.

Make the list once

  • Name and birthday.
  • Who they are: family, friend, client, team.
  • A budget for each.
  • Gift ideas as you hear them during the year.

Plan the money

Add the budgets for the year and divide by 12. Setting that aside monthly means no birthday month hurts.

Our birthday list shows who is next and adds birthdays to the back office calendar.
